PICO jet dispensing system

The PICO non-contact dispensing system combines high production speed with excellent glue point accuracy and process control functions. By spraying small droplets onto the substrate product, the time required for the spray valve to move to the substrate in the Z-axis direction is saved. The fluid can be applied to difficult-to-access areas, uneven areas, or other types of substrates that are difficult to reach by the dispensing needle. Using the integrated heater, the fluid viscosity can be adjusted, the spraying effect can be obtained, and the fluid temperature can be kept stable and adjustable, so that the spray spot size can be highly consistent.
