No heat radiation

   High-power light-emitting diodes do not emit infrared rays. The surface temperature of the irradiated product rises below 5°C; while the traditional mercury lamp method of ultraviolet curing machine generally raises the surface of the irradiated product by 60-90°C, which causes the positioning of the product to shift. The UV-LED curing method is most suitable for thermally sensitive and high-precision bonding process requirements such as plastic substrates, lens bonding, electronic products, and fiber optic cables.

Environmental protection and pollution-free

   The traditional mercury lamp curing machine uses a mercury lamp to emit light. There is mercury in the bulb.

Waste treatment and transportation are very troublesome. Improper handling will cause serious pollution to the environment. LED curing machines use semiconductors to emit light, which does not cause environmental pollution. Therefore, the use of LED curing machine is more environmentally friendly.
