EFD industrial dispensing platform
In filling, bonding, modeling and sealing applications that require the injection of adhesives and sealants, Nordson EFD's multi-axis system and online dispensing arm provide extremely reliable operation and excellent repeatability.
The multi-axis system is a motion control system of 3 to 4 sizes. It can perform simple programming on points, stripes, arcs, compound curves and different patterns.
The EFD TT dispenser has two working platform sizes, 325mm x 325mm or 525mm x 525mm respectively, and the system settings are carried out through the EFD compatible handheld handheld computer. Its user interface is friendly and easy to learn, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Nordson EFD's online dispensing arm provides work flexibility and is the key to automation solutions or independent operating systems. The built-in programmer performs integrated operations such as an online transfer system, a rotating table, and a pallet stacking plan for the dispensing arm.
This unit is quick to set up and easy to operate, which can save more time for other projects, thereby helping to increase production.
In addition, we also provide a SCARA robotic arm to operate the product.
All dispensing platforms can be used with all dispensing consumables or valves of EFD.
