The length of the needle is 1/4”, 1/2”, 1” and 1-1/2”, and the inner radius ranges from 0.060” to 0.004”.

TT oblique needle

The smooth flow TT oblique needle provides fast and smooth application for high viscosity fluids, especially high viscosity or particulate filler materials such as epoxy resin, RTV silicone resin and soldering paste.

This kind of needle has two structures:

The flexible translucent needle contains a photoresist adhesive to protect UV-sensitive fluids

The hardened opaque needle protects light-sensitive fluids and helps to ensure accurate positioning in the automatic dispensing process

Teflon lined needle
