Precise control of the pressure of the liquid storage tank is to ensure that the dispensing valve produces uniform and accurate glue points. EFD's precision pressure regulator/digital instrument tank can provide excellent full/no-material hydraulic control without being affected by fluctuations in input pressure.
The allowable pressure range for low-viscosity fluids is 0-10psi (0-0.7bar), and the allowable pressure range for medium-high viscosity fluids is 0-100psi (0-7.0bar).
