Atlas syringe dispensing system

The EFD syringe dispensing system provides fast, clean and simple operation. Grease, silica gel and other non-pourable fluids can be loaded into 3, 5, 10, 30 and 55 ml syringes from a plastic tube or a large container.

The manual sub-assembly system can reduce the rework rate and improve the operator's work efficiency.

The specifications of the dispensing system are 2.5 ounces, 6 ounces, 12 ounces, 20 ounces and 32 ounces of cassette cartridges to choose from.

The 1/10 syringe dispensing system helps to complete the dispensing of materials from 1/10 gallon cassette to 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc or 55cc syringes, and there will be no waste of raw materials, confusion and airflow.

The automatic dispensing system can ensure that non-perfused fluids such as paste and colloids are quickly and stably fed into the cylinder, and the accuracy error can be controlled within ± 2%. When pouring, the raw material is poured from the bottom of the syringe to make the air overflow synchronously to ensure that there are no residual bubbles in the syringe and the amount of glue is constant. The applicable syringe specifications are 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc.

7022452 (940BL) gallon barrel

The complete equipment includes: 0-60psi (0-4.1bar) pressure regulator and meter, barrel and end cover assembly and trigger switch, joint, base, rubber cylinder and plunger, and 5cc, 10cc, 30/ 55cc size needle

The barrel is injected into the horizontal plug.

7022070 (8000BF-PW)

Suitable for reactive fluids, the maximum pressure can reach 80 psi (5.5 bar).

The shipment of the entire system also includes a controller with a microprocessor

5 micron filter regulator, connector and foot pedal.

7022064 (8000BF-HF)

Use with cartridges and containers with a maximum pressure of 100psi (7.0 bar). The other parts shipped are the same as those of 8000BF-PW.

7022068 (8000BF-HPA)

Used in very thick fluids, the maximum pressure can reach 2,500 psi

(172.5 bar). The other parts shipped are the same as those of 8000BF-PW.
