The xQR41 MicroDot striker valve has a smaller size and can dispense from more complicated angles in a narrower space, so it is very suitable for automated assembly processes. In addition, each fixed plate can be flexibly installed with more valves, thereby increasing the output of each batch.
In addition, its QR (Quick Release) clip allows the fluid tank to be easily removed in a few seconds to replace the parts in contact with the liquid, instead of the traditional replacement method that takes a few minutes. The clip design eliminates the need to remove the installation fixture and use any tools during the maintenance process of the valve.
The xQR41 striker valve adopts a replaceable modular design, which can be easily adapted to various specific dispensing applications. It can be configured with BackPack? valve actuators, mounting brackets or 90° low profile air intake actuators and other replaceable components, with unique convenience and cost-effectiveness.
