Detailed introduction of stainless steel aseptic spray valve 784S-SS series:
The 784S-SS series aseptic spray valve system adopts low pressure and low flow (LVLP) spray technology, which is suitable for precise control of the spraying of medium and low viscosity fluids. The spray valve uses a small spray head, which can spray a circular uniform pattern with a diameter of 0.130"~0.75" (3.3mm~19.1mm). If you want to expand the spray coverage, you can use the 784S-SS-F series spray system with fan-shaped air holes.
784S-SS adopts a unique design process to realize the non-sluggish flow of the sprayed sterile fluid. The fluid contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel and Teflon, suitable for CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (disinfection in place) processes
