The 754 aseptic valve is characterized by a smooth fluid flow path without inclusions. The FDA adaptive wetted parts are made of 316L and Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene), allowing the valve to be used in Clean-in-Place and Sterilize-in-Place processes.
The fluid contact parts of the 754V-SS series fluid valve are made of 316L stainless steel and Teflon materials. In order to comply with the industry specifications of biopharmaceuticals, the traditional threaded needle adapter is changed to one-piece, so as to ensure that there is no dead angle and the fluid can flow without obstacles. The fluid tank is electroplated and polished to enhance the corrosion resistance.
Using ValveMate8000 controller and 754V valve can make the output more accurate.
